Yes in the 1980s follows the careers of all nine significant members of Yes during a turbulent decade which saw massive highs and crushing lows.

Yes fell apart while recording its tenth album in Paris at the end of 1979, yet in the 1980s the band rallied. Initially as part of an unlikely collaboration with The Buggles, then with the Trevor Horn produced mega hit 90125, Yes found its footing once more. Lingering too long over its successor, by the end of the decade Yes effectively split into two versions of the same group. Cue chaos!
