Singer-songwriter Tanita Tikaram celebrated her 50th birthday with the release of a collection of 14 songs spanning over thirty years and nine albums. To Drink The Rainbow is the third release on Needle Mythology - the label co-founded by record collector, music writer and broadcaster Pete Paphides. The songs included on To Drink The Rainbow were specially mastered at Abbey Road for 180g vinyl. The album has been pressed by Vinyl Factory at the legendary pressing plant in Hayes (formerly EMI). 

 

To Drink The Rainbow will be released on gatefold vinyl and CD. Nine of the tracks here are pressed on vinyl for the first time, the LP pressing will come with a bonus two-track seven-inch featuring an acoustic version of Valentine Heart, and a previously unreleased version of Glass Love Train.

The CD will feature all twelve songs on the album as well as the two bonus tracks taken from the 7.
