Edison’s Children, the collaboration between Hollywood SFX technician Eric Blackwood, Rick Armstrong (son of the first man, Neil Armstrong) and Pete Trewavas (Marillion / Transatlantic) return with their fifth studio release, A Light In Ethereal Night.

 

The album is the second instalment in a trilogy which began with 2011’s In The Last Waking Moments. That record told the story of a man distraught after experiencing something he could neither explain nor prove, left suspended between two possibilities: was his “alien abduction” real, or was he descending into madness? The 15-minute Epic “The Awakening” ended without resolution. A Light In Ethereal Night picks up the story exactly where it left off.
