He then went on to be part of the proto-progressive band England (Garden Shed), where he spent years in a secluded studio in the heart of the UK countryside, crafting a distinctive sound. 

 

In 1983, Tony formed Radio Java and recorded his debut album at the iconic Abbey Road Studios, leading to a holiday hit in Holland with the song FOOL.

 

In 1986, Tony was invited by Cutting Crew to join as their keyboard player. For the next two years, he toured the world, supporting the global hit single, I Just Died in Your Arms Tonight. 

 

This global stage laid the foundation for his solo artistry, leading, eventually, to the creation of AWAKE—an album that beautifully channels all of Tony’s early influences, from the haunting atmospheres of Pink Floyd and Genesis to the rebellious energy of Alice Cooper and the timeless harmonies of The Beatles.
