After 25 years on their own independent label, Detroit's Discipline release their 2025 studio album on ProgRock.com's Essentials.

Mixed by Terry Brown (Rush) and with cover art by Hugh Syme, Breadcrumbs weaves prog and art rock influences into a distinctive blend of striking melodies, cinematic arrangements, and subtle polyrhythmic complexity.

The album is produced by the band’s visionary songwriter and frontman, Matthew Parmenter who is joined for this release by long-time compatriot and bassist Mathew Kennedy, Tiles guitarist Chris Herin, and award-winning musician and composer Henry Parmenter on drums.
